Join us for this annual nature event at the Arboretum, a day observing hawks in migration over the Schoharie Valley. We will gather at the Meeting House and hope to see bald eagles, sharp-shinned hawks, osprey, and the longest travelers, broad-winged hawks - among other raptors on the move. The Watch begins at 10:00 AM and continues all day until 4:00 PM - drop in when you can and stay as long as you like. A Hawk Identification Workshop will be held at 2:00 PM. Come for a short while or the whole day. Partial funding for this class provided through a grant from Stewart’s Shops Holiday Match Program.
Instructor: George Steele, nature educator
