Summer 2026 - Keeping a Nature Journal
Let's write together. Keeping a nature journal can connect us in insightful, new ways with the natural world. For centuries, writers have composed poems, stories, essays, and journals to celebrate, explore, and analyze nature. Celebrating summer, we will explore creative exercises and inspiring texts to have fun with words, our thoughts, and experiences in a guided, friendly natural environment. Bring your notebook or journal.
Classes will meet on July 12 and 19, and August 9, and 16 from 1 to 3:00 PM. Please register for each session you intend to join; access the registration links by clicking on the dates above. All sessions will be in person and/or virtual (a Zoom link will be provided closer to the date of the first session). You can attend either way. If the weather turns bad, a session may be all virtual; registrants will be informed and receive a Zoom link if that becomes necessary.
